Emmanuel Segaut, Light Artist.

Born in 1977, Emmanuel Segaut lives and works in Paris. After studying communication and then film analysis and screenwriting in Brussels, he has been working in the audiovisual field as a screenwriter and documentary director.

Alongside his films, Emmanuel has nurtured his passion for imagery through various mediums, particularly through photographs taken during museum visits. He draws inspiration from Bauhaus, architecture, and contemporary art, leading him to create his own abstract and geometric "pictorial light" artworks.

In this new artistic production, Emmanuel Segaut explores his strong attraction to compositional harmony and his keen chromatic sensitivity.

As a resident artist of the gallery that first discovered him, Emmanuel Segaut affirms his talent as a light artist with the exhibition IMMATERIAL LIGHTS.
